Whole Body Breathing Guided Meditation for Presence, Energy & Awareness
Breathe into your whole body with this guided meditation.
We begin with dantian breathing, centering below the navel, then guide energy up the spine, through the arms and legs, and out the crown of the head.
From there, awareness expands into the whole body and beyond, connecting you with presence, vitality, and spacious awareness. Like the waves of the ocean, the breath is always turning, rising and falling, inhaling and exhaling.
Each inhale carries within it the seed of the exhale, and each exhale contains the next inhale—just as the yin-yang symbol shows light within dark, and dark within light. In this meditation, you’ll be invited to yield to this natural rhythm, discovering balance and flow within yourself.
As the practice deepens, you’ll be guided to sense the body from the skin inward: feeling the muscles, the blood, the bones, and even the subtle energy moving within. Then, awareness expands outward, exploring the boundary of the body and the space around it.
You may even notice how we can sense another’s presence without seeing them—reminding us that our awareness is not confined to the body, but extends far beyond.
This practice is designed to calm the nervous system, open energy flow, and reconnect you with the vast awareness that you already are.
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, you’ll find grounding, expansion, and a renewed sense of presence.
