What Sessions are Like
Many clients come to this work because of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional strain. Others simply feel that something inside is not settled. This work is not only about feeling better. It is about what becomes possible when anxiety loosens its grip.
When you are no longer caught in constant mental loops or cycles of stress, you begin to:

Sessions are calm and conversational. We begin wherever you are. My role is to help you slow down, listen inward, and relate to your experience in a way that feels safer and more supportive. Rather than pushing for change, we create the conditions where change unfolds naturally. Over time many people notice something subtle but important, situations that once triggered anxiety or overthinking begin to feel easier to navigate.
My work draws from somatic awareness, trauma-informed and parts-oriented approaches, spiritual integration, Core Transformation, Wholeness Work, and EFT tapping, all in service of steady and sustainable inner change. Clients often describe sessions as grounding, clarifying, and restorative.
In a typical session, you can expect:
A calm space where nothing is rushed or forced.
Gentle guidance to help you notice what is happening inside.
Work that follows your experience rather than a preset agenda.
A pace that your nervous system can trust.
Inclusion of thoughts, feelings, and body sensations.
Subtle shifts toward more ease, clarity, and choice.

You think more clearly, you relate with more ease and you act with less hesitation. How to Begin
If you’re curious about this work, there are two simple ways to start.
Some people prefer to begin with a short introductory conversation. In that conversation we talk about what has been happening for you and what you would like to see change. You can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether the approach feels like a good fit.
Others simply schedule a session and begin there. Either approach is completely fine.
There is no pressure to commit to anything. The purpose is simply to explore whether working together would be helpful.

Most clients begin weekly or biweekly, then adjust as the work stabilizes.

Sessions are held on Zoom.

A 90 minutes session is $150.
A 120 minutes session is $200.
